On Monday May 8th 2023 at 3 PM in New York, Donald Trump was found guilty of sexual assault and of defaming E Jean Carroll.
The degree rising over the eastern horizon at that moment was 20Virgo44, which is in a 90 degree or square aspect to the North Node at 20Gemini45 in Trump’s natal chart. The Midheaven is the most elevated degree in the horoscope, and in this chart was at 19Gemini16, conjunct the North Node in Trump’s natal chart.
In astrological theory, the North Node refers to the direction our lives are taking, in terms of what we are learning and how we are growing and evolving or not as the case may be. The fact that both the Ascendant and Midheaven were in such close aspect to his North Node, indicates that the guilty verdict he received at this time may have repercussions on the direction his life takes from this moment forward.
We saw a similar example on March 30 2023, the day Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury. On that day the North Node in the sky at 5Taurus30 was in a close 45 degree or semi-square aspect to the North Node in Trump’s natal chart. Again indicating similar life direction implications.
Two weeks prior to this, Pluto moved into a 105 degree aspect with Chiron at 14Libra55 in Trump’s natal chart. Chiron was the first identified member of a new class of objects now known as the Centaurs. It is classified as a minor planet and a comet and is named after the wounded-healer god of Greek myth. In our natal charts, the position of Chiron represents the point where we are most vulnerable to being wounded. When Pluto transits our natal Chiron, some of those wounds can be the deepest and hardest to heal. Pluto is almost stationary at the moment and has only moved 25 minutes of a degree since mid-March. This transit is a long one for Trump and interestingly has its last pass on November 2nd 2024 a few days before the next election. This begs the question of whether these court cases will impact the results of that election.
Chiron in the sky at 17Aries43, was also very strong in Trump’s chart when he received that guilty verdict. It was directly opposite his natal Jupiter at 17Libra27, Jupiter is known as the planet of good fortune, but a strong Chiron to Jupiter transit often reverses or wounds that Jupiterian beneficence. Chiron was also in a close aspect to Trump’s natal Uranus at 17Gemini54 in his 10th House. The 10th House rules what we project of ourselves out into the world, it of course includes our career but also our general reputation or how we are viewed by others in the outside world. Uranus is the planet that rules revolution, rebellion, eccentricity, the love of freedom and independence and we could say that having Uranus in his 10th House describes how the world views Trump very aptly, especially his rebellious eccentricity. The transit of Chiron to Trump’s Uranus in the 10th, describes a wound to how the world perceives him.
Uranus in his natal chart also happens to be conjunct a point called The Part of Slander, which precisely describes his penchant for slanderous behavior to so many people he comes in contact with. In this case with Chiron transiting his Uranus and Part of Slander, his slanderous actions have wounded him to the tune of a few million dollars and a slandered stain on his reputation.
The planet Neptune at 26Pisces59 is also influencing Trump’s chart with a 150 degree transit to Mars at 26Leo47 in his natal chart. Neptune is named after the mythic Roman version of the Greek God Poseidon, ruler of the oceans. Whenever Neptune transits points in our natal charts, there is always some form of dissolving or dissolution involved and this is a good example. The sign of Leo is ruled by the Sun, when Mars is found in Leo, especially in the chart of a man, there is a great need to shine, to stand out, to win, to be admired if not adored. Leo is the sign of Kings. When Trump was born, Mars had just risen over the eastern horizon, which makes it a very powerful influence in his life. Incidentally there is a Part of Kings and Royalty in all natal charts and Trump’s is found at 24Sagittarius24, the Moon is at 21Sagittarius12 and the Sun directly opposite at 22Gemini56. So it really is no surprise that he stumbled into the Presidency.
Anyway back to Neptune transiting his Mars. Being found guilty of sexual abuse verdict, I would definitely see as a dissolution of his Mars as being a sexual abuser is not really the way to shine and stand out and be admired.
Trump’s Mars also happens to be in a close 60 degree sextile aspect to the Part of Retribution at 26Gemini07 ,which is also being transited by Neptune. Trump’s love of taking revenge on those who have crossed him is well known and this case was about someone suing him for the libelous revenge he took on her. This revenge (retribution) has also been dissolved with the guilty of defamation verdict.
Okay, I’ll now finish off with some pertinent to the case asteroids. I’ll start with the Plaintiff, E Jean Carroll. I found an asteroid named Jeanne at 1Pisces11 and an asteroid Carol at 15Taurus56, when Trump was born the asteroid Carol was at 15Leo25, so Carol was in a difficult square transit to his natal Carol on the day of the verdict. I find the midpoint of asteroids Jeanne and Carol at 9Aries08 in square transit to Mercury at 8Cancer52 in Trump’s natal chart. Mercury rules the mind, communication and information. The information Trump received about E Jean Carroll that day was definitely difficult. 9Aries08 is also directly opposite the Part of Damage at 9Libra02 in Trump’s natal chart. And she certainly did some damage.
The other women who testified against Trump were Jessica Leeds and Natasha Stoynoff. I could only find an asteroid Jessie at 24Leo31 for Jessica. But Jessie was certainly relevant for this event. When Trump was born, asteroid Jessie was at 23Cancer32, Jessie in the sky was in a semi-sextile transit to natal Jessie. Even more succinct is that Saturn was at 23Cancer49 when Trump was born, so Jessie was also in a semi-sextile transit to his Saturn. Saturn is the archetypal authority figure in the astrology chart, he represents the father, the teacher, the policeman and the Judge. He rolls out the list of lessons we have to learn and go through over the course of our lives and doles out the punishments for lessons not learned. It is clear that someone named Jessie would be involved in one of those unlearned lessons.
For Natasha Stoynhoff, the closest asteroid was Natascha at 22Cancer17, so she was conjunct Trump’s natal Saturn on the day of the verdict, I rest my case on that one. She was also in a 30 degree semi-sextile transit to Natascha at 22Leo16 in Trump’s natal chart. Natascha and Jessie were conjunct with each other, both transiting Trump’s Saturn.
Of course I have saved the best for last. The Judge in this case was Lewis Kaplan, the Plaintiff's lawyer was Roberta Kaplan. At the time Trump was born, an asteroid named Kaplan was at 21Gemini24 conjunct the Sun at 22Gemini56 and opposite the Moon at 21Sagittarius12. The Sun represents our Identity, the Moon our emotional center and asteroid Kaplan was in close aspect to both when he was born. Trump was certainly destined to have dealings with the name Kaplan at some point in his life. On the day of the guilty verdict, asteroid Kaplan was at 20Cancer15 in a semi-sextile transit to natal Kaplan, but also just 3 degrees from Trump’s natal Saturn, the archetypal authority figure.
Asteroid Lewis that day was at 6Pisces18, Saturn in the sky that day was at 5Pisces55, both were in 135 degree transits to the Part of Lawsuit and Discord in Trump’s natal chart.
Asteroid Roberta was at 28Leo55 conjunct Trump’s Ascendant at 29Leo58, the most personal point in the chart, representing his personality. Roberta was also directly opposed to the Part of Fortune and Material Benefit at 28Aquarius14 in Trump’s chart. Roberta Kaplan played her part in pruning 5 million dollars from Trump’s fortune.
